River Rafting in Banos, we do it in the Pastaza River 1hr away from our city. We start at 09:00 and at 14:30, in both tours get a "Class 3+ River Rafting Level", which everybody can do it.

We meet at our office 10min before the departure, on our office one of our guide will help you with the equipment ( Wet suit, life jacket, shoes, helmet), after this we board our transportation and head Cumanda "La Penal" one hour away from Banos.
We will get the parking place where we will put on our gear and will get a briefing for learning a couple of necessary tecniques before we go into the Pastaza River. We start paddling on the river which will give us great emotions of action and beauty.
We will spend 1hrs on the river more or less, paddling within the an amazon land scape, in some point the water is very quiet but when we get the Rapids we have a rush of adrenaline.

When we get the end point we will wear our dry clothes and start to return to Banos City. If you took the morning tour we will stop for Lunch on the way, taking the afternoon tour no meals are included.

Manto de la Novia ZiplineAfter our River Rating Adventure we rest a bit and go for the next spot, the great Manto de la Novia Fall where we find a stunning spot for trying the Zipline, firt we will do a 800mt zipline crossing above the Pastaza River, and approaching the Fall so that we can have amazing views and pictures. Getting the other side of the Canyon we find a beatufil place where we do a short walk to reach the next station for doing a 700mt flight back to our starting point and lastly return to Banos City .

Canyoning Chamana is only 5-10min away from the Baños de Aguasanta and is one of the easiest routes we can find in this area, perfect for beginners, however, its last waterfall is a challenge for many since its 50mt of height removes the air to anyone.
We meet in our office 15 minutes before the departure (09:00), here our guide will provide us the necessary equipment (wet suit, harness, helmet, shoes) which we take it and board the transport that waits for us.
Driving for about 10min we reach the parking place, where we will put the equipment which will be reviewed by our guide so that everything is in order, after that we have a briefing in which we learn basic techniques of canyoning. handle the rope, walk backwards, jump, keep balance all this is necessary to perform the activity easily and enjoy it better.
After practicing, we walk to the entrance of this Canyon. From this point our adventure begins, in which we explore 4 waterfalls 12-50mt high. In the 3 we will use rappel and in the last we will do a kind of free jump.
When we are finished, we return to the parking, to change our clothes and return to Ivagatours office.
